Oh my WORD! LOL! I got it renewed, thank you! (btw, did you know your support page doesn't work?) That's what made me think it was a BME issue.

HA! Yea, bmesupport should instruct you to go to our main contact form. We have been reworking that site to directly connect to our internal support programs! Oh the joy!
