Need to Refer College Care gift

I rec'd an order for the "Top of the Class" gift box seen here: http://gifts-of-excellence.com/Gift-Baskets-College-Care.htm 49.95. I had surgery on 7/16 and am in a difficult position because I'm not allowed to drive and I'm not supposed to do reaching, lifting, etc. I know the design shows a unique box and a bubble gum machine. Feel free to substitute a suitable box and something to take the place of the bubble gum machine. This customer has ordered from me before, and I really don't want to reject the order. But realistically, I know that I would be putting myself at risk if I try to do it myself. Please respond to Pat Carroll at patricia.carroll@snet.net if you can help.
