Does anyone know if legally I can use images from flick or other photo sharing websites on my gift basket site if I am planning on designing/selling the same basket? I am having a hard time taking professional looking pictures of my own baskets and want the site to look professional. | ||

Doubtful. If the photos were taken by someone else they own them. IF you are selling drop ship baskets you can get your images from them. Everyone else needs to make their own photos. Search the boards you will find some people get a little defensive about people using their photos that they spent time and money to produce. I am not familiar with flicker but I bet you will find some legal info there about your question. Dewayne C.
