Just received this email from Christy (Sandi's daughter at Awesome Creations)... I just wanted to update everyone to let you know that my mom passed away late last night. They believe from cardiac arrest. She had a hard time with the chemo, excrutiating pain and too much pain medication. We are making arrangements today with Miller Funeral Home in West Dundee. Thank you so much for all your prayers and support, Christy I'm in shock. Sandi had a wonderful sense of humor and she will be missed. | ||

My prayers are with the family. So hard to believe, bittersweet. I know her faith was strong and that she had a relationship with God, so she's okay. Be strong and encouraged is my message to the family and those who loved her and respected her. I was honored when she and I had a few little chats over the years.
