Years ago a lady I knew made an anniversary candle for my parents 50th anniversary. some how she took a wedding picture of my parents and placed it on the candle on the back was a short verse and signed by all 7 of us children. the picture and the card have a thin layer of wax on them and all around the rest of the candle is fluffy whipped wax. it is SO Gorgeous.

Any way I would REALLY love to find someone that does this and have 1 made for my son's 1st anniversary. My candle is over 20 years old and it's as beautiful as the first day.

Thanks
Maryt

We actually were experimenting with candles a few years ago. You can actually decopauge onto candles. We did that (using the decopauge medium as a glue) and then can either decopauge over it or do the thin layer of wax. Just be careful of the warm wax.
