Hopefully someone can help me on this issue. I am trying to import into quickbooks my baskware customer and order information and quickbooks is giving me the message. Error on line 7 you can't change the type of a name or add duplicate name. Can anyone help me resolve this issue Baskware is saying that it's quickbooks but their software says campartible with QB so what's the problem. I can believe that all my work in Baskware I will now have to do all over again in QB. I'm really mad at myself!!! Thanks Jarrieta | ||

Thanks Bonnie, I'll let you know. Wow since no one answer this post am I to assume that nobody using this wonderful software created just for the gift basket industry? Am I the only one that is having such a wonderful time trying to import from Baskware to Quickbooks. WOW lesson learn game and match! Jarrieta |
