Hi Everyone~ My name is Cathryn, I haven't been on here for a long time and was more of a lurker when I was here My question is, what is everyone doing about the price of helium? Just recently I called to have my helium tank refilled and about fell off my chair when they told me how much it was going to be...$185.00! I don't do many balloons at this time, but had intentions of doing so soon. For those of you who have balloons as a part of your business, how do you make it affordable for your customers? Thank you, Cathryn |

Hi Cathryn, I have seen a surge in the price of helium but not to the extent of 185.00. I have typically paid 25-30. for my 150 aluminum tank (about 4 ft tall) and recently I filled my tank for 42.00. I realize the price of helium is going up like everything else, but I honestly think someone is trying to make a killing on helium or they didnt want to bother with filling your tank. Is there someone else you can call to get another price? One of their competitors perhaps? Let me know what happens Marilyn Marilyn Taylor Bountiful Basket
