I don't have an official program but anytime anyone refers someone to us, we send them a gift. I had these really cute little bottle aprons made with our logo and information and we put it on a bottle of cider or wine and hand deliver it. Some people we'll give them a $5 off gift card and for people that do a lot of it, we have a VIP program that gives them some really good discounts, etc. It's pretty effective, people really like the gratitude. |
