I saw a thread a few months ago about people having trouble with forgiftbaskets.com and wanted to see if anyone was able to get things resolved. I actually signed up for an Elite membership (most expensive one) in early November. I sent in a spreadsheet and all my images for the categories for subpage links, etc and the only thing that ever got posted was a link to my home page from their home page. I sent an e-mail in December and they said my stuff would be up ASAP. Since then I've sent at least 5 e-mails asking when my stuff would be up with no response. Well I looked again in February when I saw the previous post and realized that my links still weren't showing and not only that, my front page link was gone too so sent this e-mail:

"I have been patiently waiting for nearly 4 months for you to get all of our category listings activated on your site. As of today, none of our baskets are listed in the 14 sub-categories that are part of the elite listing that I paid for. Christmas and Valentine's Day have come and gone without our photos or listings. In addition, it appears that you have actually removed our listing from the Minnesota and city categories.

Because I understand that at times circumstances beyond one's control can impede progress, I have been patient. However, as of today you still have membership and purchase information up on your site. Since you still provide the ability for gift basket companies to sign up for memberships, it is clear that you are not concerned about providing the services you promise to your customers.

Please immediately refund the xxx that I paid for the elite membership as services have not been provided. I'm certainly glad that I decided to test the waters with a 3 month listing before signing up for a full year. How utterly disappointing....."

I never got a response or refund so any suggestions? Have any of you been able to get your issues taken care of?

I have no response from my e-mails either. I sent replacement pictures a couple of months ago of which have not been put on. Adrienne if you read this board.....let us know what the problem is.

I believe this is the owners site. Maybe you can call the phone number and you'll have better luck.

That is so weird as she used to respond right away to e-mails. I am assuming there is something wrong and am waiting to hear what anyone learns.

Carol,

I think you are right: she may be out of commission for some reason unknown to us: her website (the one Becky mentioned above) still has a Christmas basket on the home page.

Hi guys - Finally got back to catching up on things today. I got a killer cold that pretty much laid me up the last week - probably the worst cold I've ever had. Anyway, I haven't heard anything from Adrienne so if any of you get any e-mails or updates, please let me know. I'm hoping that it isn't anything life-threatening or serious. If some of you had been getting better customer service in the past, then I'm with Adriana in thinking something must be going on. Thanks....

I have not heard from her after sending a couple of emails. I went in to update my info and it said I had to pay, my time was up, but I went ahead and updated, planning on waiting to pay after I emailed her. I didn't want to pay for updating if it never got done like some of you experienced. My listing disappeared after I updated it though, since I didn't pay right then.

I have no idea what happened to her. It is very strange.

Thanks Carol. I actually did pay for the renewal with an upgrade - I forgot about this thread. I noticed the upgrade has not happened. That's why I was emailing her. I hope she is ok. I guess I can try to stop the payment on the card.
