Do you all have problems if you have a delay gift arrival for _____ in your shopping cart? I am getting frustrated by it as most people use it as a I want it there sooner spot no matter how I bold, make all capital letters etc. the "DELAY". I just got an order that will ship tomorrow (Friday) from NY to OR via ground and they requested arrival on this Sunday for Mother's Day. LOL I have a link to a ground shipping map and all that on my order pages. I'm tired of having to take time when I am taking care of orders to get a hold of people to let them know it doesn't work or trying to decide whether to just go ahead with the order as it was ordered if I can't get a hold of them. I keep changing what I have listed in my cart, with limited space, but think I will just take it out altogether. I am trying a call to delay order option there right now to see what happens. So, how do you all handle this? Carol |

I think it is probably confusing the customers. I just have a spot for requested ship date. If it is obviously a gift for a holiday and it won't make it in time, then I email them and let them know the projected arrival date. I have a lot of people that don't look at the map (based on orders I have received). Wanda |
