What's going on with Google?

Now, it shows a page rank of "5". About 5 or 6 mos ago, I deleted a bunch of pages and created new ones. Since then, except for my homepage, you could not be find me in Google. But, I've been getting more traffic than I've ever had from the other engines. Some other pages seem to have gone down in rank. I thought I was going crazy!! My homepage has a PR 3. Up until yesterday, every other page on my site had a 1 or 2. Now, none of my pages have rank except the homepage. Oddly enough, a blog that I created and linked to my site on 3/2/06 has PR 2. Go figure! I hope they straighten it out soon.
