I wanted to sing the praises of Dewayne of Blue Monkey for web hosting, design & support. Dewayne is great! When I have questions, he gets back to me ASAP. I think he's just super!

Let me chime in, also. About 2 weeks ago, I was attacked by malware/spyware/scumware etc. that necessitated having my "c" drive reformatted. Fortunuately, I have an old laptop that I could use to commute with cyberworld in the meantime. With Blue Monkey's assistance, I was able to access my email that comes through my website, and when I got my computer back, DeWayne walked me through getting my e-commerce package configured correctly so that I could bill my orders I had received (but couldn't access bill info) during the two weeks. They were courteous, prompt and accurate. Can't ask for more than that. And I have the affordable, basic hosting package with them.

I have working on transferring my business and website to a new computer for the past two weeks and I am very thankful to the following businesses for their help.

Blue Monkey's support was excellent. I'm very happy with my web site with them, hope to upgrade soon.

I also want to thank George Duncan with FoxE software for helping me transfer my data, even though I had goofed things up pretty bad. A++ for customer service and support.

I purchased my computer from our local Staples in Beloit, WI and their customer service is outstanding also.
