Advertising Policy

All sponsorship and advertising on gbexchange.net, is subject to approval and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your advertising at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel your account if your site or business has changed and does not comply with our policies for advertisers and/or the GBE membership policies. All sites that wish to advertise with us must have a "PG" or "G" rating. Sites that do not fall into these categories need not apply. We prefer advertisers to be suppliers, distributors or wholesalers to the Gift Basket Industry. Adriana Copaceanu, our associated websites, sponsors, our employees, associates or shareholders are not responsible for Internet or the website down-time. We will make every effort to keep this to a minimum.

It is understood that, in consideration of the publication of advertising, the advertiser will fully hold harmless and full indemnify Adriana Copaceanu from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, proceedings, recoveries or expenses of any nature whatsoever, including reasonable fees of counsel selected by the site owner, arising directly or indirectly from the transmission of any advertisement (including, but not limited to, claims of infringement of copyright or trademark or claims of libel or invasion of privacy) or based upon or arising out of any matter or thing contained in any advertisement. We reserve the right to revise at any time with notice to the advertiser any rates, terms and conditions of sponsorship and advertising.

Payment Policy: Fee for advertising must be received and cleared before your sponsorship period begins.

Cancellation Policy: An order for advertisement is final and non-refundable. Advertising cancellations must be issued in writing via mail on your company letterhead.
